Nursery Manager

The Treehouse Club is a multi award winning group of Forestry Nurseries, Preschools and Out of School Clubs in the heart of Essex. Operating for 14 years, we have grown to 12 settings, with a further 3 early this year.

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager who loves the benefits of outdoor education and can expand the setting on our forest school ethos.

Full-time (4 days per week, 7:30am - 6:30pm with a set day off per week)

We are looking for the Nursery Manager to have:

  • Good management experience within a day nursery

  • Be passionate about providing the best possible outcomes for children

  • An understanding of HR

  • An understanding of setting occupancy and how to build on this

  • Have some understanding of marketing needs, working with the operations Manager and Marketing Manager

  • Must have good I.T skills including Excel
