Nursery Manager
The Treehouse Club is a multi award winning group of Forestry Nurseries, Preschools and Out of School Clubs in the heart of Essex. Operating for 14 years, we have grown to 12 settings, with a further 3 early this year.
We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager who loves the benefits of outdoor education and can expand the setting on our forest school ethos.
Full-time (4 days per week, 7:30am - 6:30pm with a set day off per week)
We are looking for the Nursery Manager to have:
Good management experience within a day nursery
Be passionate about providing the best possible outcomes for children
An understanding of HR
An understanding of setting occupancy and how to build on this
Have some understanding of marketing needs, working with the operations Manager and Marketing Manager
Must have good I.T skills including Excel
