Yesterday I had a train problem coming back from work in London and was delayed picking up ‘X’. I was a bit stressed, knowing that ‘X’ has a fear of being forgotten and not picking up. I would like to wholeheartedly thank your staff for reassuring me and ‘X’ that everything is okay. Special thanks to Josh and Danny for their patience and dedication. When I pick up ‘X’, all ‘X’ talks about is Barry (Forestry Leader) and all the fun stuff they have been doing in the woods.
