When your child is moving on to school, we invite the teachers from the local primary schools into the Setting to meet the children and talk to their Key Person. We also provide a report and a copy of your child’s online journal, as well as completing any paperwork that the schools may request. Our SENCO will liaise with the school SENCO’s to ensure that all information is passed on and that everyone is fully aware of the needs of your child.
