(This includes collecting the children from school)

FAQ

• How will the children get to the out of school club room?
• Our team will collect the children from their classrooms.
• What activities will they do?

• We are famous for out outside activities from adventures, games, forest school to outdoor classroom – the children will never be bored.

• My child has additional needs is that ok?

• Our team has vast experience working with additional needs children, each are individuals and it’s important to us to make sure we can meet their needs, please arrange a call with the centre manager.

• Can I pick up early?

• Yes that isn’t a problem, please let us know and we will make sure we are not out.

• I can’t pick up tonight so my friend is, is that ok?

• Yes that is fine, safeguarding is our highest priority, as long as they have the password which is requested on your joining form, we also request you let us know as we will still try and contact you to check it is ok.

• My child has health needs that require medication.

• All our team hold a paediatric first aid, if your child requires continued medication or ad hoc such as an inhaler you will be asked to fill out a long term medication form and health care plan. Any short term medication is filled out on a short term medication form for things such as amoxicillin etc please remember we are not part of the school and any forms required for them are separate.

• Do I need to pack a change of clothes?

• No the children will not need a change of clothes, although, for winter months we would advise packing wellies for outdoor play.

• My child has allergies, how is that monitored?

• All meals for the out of school club is prepared and transported to the out of school club, we have many children with different allergies and we are very experienced in catering for all dietary requirements.

• Do I need set days or can we use the club ad hoc?

• We require set days for each booking, however, you are welcome to book additional days ad hoc if there are spaces.
