SOME RECENT TESTIMONIALS
I’ve been working for the Treehouse Club since June 2020, starting off as bank staff and progressing to room leader in a matter of months. The Treehouse Club is very supportive in all training situations as well as being understanding in personal matters. As the setting is in a forest, means that we are able to go out and enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis, watching the children explore the natural environment. As a company they show and share their appreciation and care for their staff through Awards Evenings, staff appreciation and wellness support whenever we need it.
Nursery Practitioner Z.Y.
In my short two years being part being of this company, I have been supported in every step I make. I have been encouraged to push myself in order to gain more knowledge and experience in my new roles and knowing I will be supported in every way I need makes the decision to progress within this company and easy decision to make!
Nursery Development Officer – H.R.
I went to Southend College to study childcare and then worked in three different nursers. I’ve been in childcare now for over 10 years and have seen countless children come into my care and I love seeing them grow and learn. I’m proud to say that I’ve been with Treehouse since 2015. Starting as part-time and processing to full-time L3 Nursery Practitioner in Billericay. With the support of the Treehouse Club, I completed my studies. It’s great seeing new apprentices and staff join the settings and help them progress.
