Hello there, and welcome to The Treehouse Club! We presume that as you’ve clicked through to this blog that you are interested in knowing more about a career with us? If so, then here’s a small snippet of the reasons you will love working with our fun, dynamic team…
Forget the hustle and bustle of working in an urban jungle, our Treehouse Club settings are all located in scenic spots around Essex. You’ll find us in the woods in Brentwood, in the forest in Billericay, next to a farm in Wickford, in a rural country village setting in Ingrave, and next to open fields and a play park at our Langham location. Not only does this mean a pretty commute to work, but it also means that with so much nature on our doorstep, our staff and our children get plenty of fresh air and non-stop opportunities for outdoor adventure.
2. We run a Forest School and Learning Through Play curriculum
If you’re not familiar with how a Forest School works, then do have a look at our blog on just that and you will soon see how many amazing benefits this kind of learning programme offers Early Years children. We use nature as our classroom as much as we can and you’ll generally find us counting leaves, creating masterpieces out of natural resources, listening for animal sounds in our music lessons and making mud pies for plenty of tactile play. A willingness to get a little bit messy is a prerequisite for joining our team! #messyplayisfun
3. Our staff are team players
Kindness, co-operation and being a team player is key at The Treehouse Club and we ensure that we employ caring people who love what we do, which in turn leads to happy staff who always have a smile on their faces. We practice what we preach to our little ones when it comes to being respectful and kind towards everyone: grownups and children alike.
4. We appreciate the talents of our staff
We’re quite a diverse lot here at The Treehouse Club and we’ve got team members ranging from working mums (and grandmothers) to graduates, interns to administration gurus, and we focus on encouraging EVERYONE’s skill sets. As such we offer competitive a salary and benefits that include:
5. We’re a fully inclusive company
We strive to make our settings an extension of the family home where ALL children feel loved, nurtured, inspired and settled, and we want our staff to feel the same too! Our educators are all handpicked to bring something wonderful to our Treehouse Club family and that includes a specialist ENCO and SENCO team. Equality, inclusion and development of every individual child is incredibly important to us, including those little ones who may need a bit of extra help with their learning journey.
Get in touch today if this all sounds like something you would be keen to explore more. We currently have a number of roles available across our settings, and we love to hear from bubbly, caring people who have a passion for outdoor learning and a holistic curriculum.
