We have been advised by DofE to prepare to re-open the nursery to all families on Monday 1st June, subject to the Government satisfying their five key tests. The safety and health of our families and dedicated staff is our highest priority. Thank you for bearing with us as we monitor the situation and make careful preparations for reopening.
Below you’ll find our latest information that has been outlined in detail in our ‘Parent Letters’ (dated 12 May)
Change in our Opening Hours (for June 2020)
During June we will be operating on different hours and in some cases, slightly different sessions than normal.
Our opening hours will be from 8am – 6pm for all Settings (apart from our Ingrave Setting where the opening hours will be the normal times of 7am – 4pm, but this a Pre-School Setting only).
How is social distancing going to work?
Key-points include:
What happens at Drop Off and Collection Times at the Setting?
Although there will be reduced numbers of children attending each session, there will still be some children arriving/leaving at the same time in both the Before/After School Club and the Nursery.
As we will be having to use some of the car park space for queuing, we ask that you please park in the car parks as follows:
IMPORTANT FOOTWEAR
All children are required to bring in a water bottle (labelled with name)
We will take the temperature of each child before they enter the Setting and will check for any new coughs, colds etc.
We hope that we have answered as many questions as we can with this letter/post, but if you do have anything further to ask then please do email adventure@thetreehouseclub.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We are looking forward to seeing you all again and hope that we can continue to work together through this unprecedented time.
